How do i order a flower arrangement?

To order one of our arrangements from our Website, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the bouquet you want, double-clicking on the photo or going to the category you wish.
  2. Enter the quantity of flowers you want for the bouquet and click on the shopping cart.
  3. Choose the delivery date from the calendar – clicking on them.
  4. Fill in YOUR information on the form and go to the next page where you can check to make sure all the information is okay.
  5. Enter payment information and confirm the order.
  6. If you need more assistance, call us at one of the phone numbers at the bottom of the page.

Are there any additional costs to the flower arrangements?

Sales tax is already included in the price of the bouquet. The shipping will have a standard cost if the delivery address is within the urban perimeter of the main city where the purchase was made. A shipping charge will also apply for municipalities and areas close to that city, with the cost varying according to distance and coverage. You can check this cost directly through the website at the time of purchase or through any of the available customer service channels.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver the flowers every day from Monday to Saturday. Nevertheless, the orders must received after 4:00 pm on Friday will be delivered Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday).

To guarantee our quality, remember this:

  • We will only call to program delivery if necessary.
  • We cannot commit to delivery during specific times during the day.
  • We might substitute or replace flowers with a similar style of the same quality to make sure we meet delivery time.
  • For residential deliveries, if the person is not home and there is no one there to receive the delivery, we will deliver the next day. If there is a security guard, as there are in apartment buildings, we will leave the flowers in the apartment lobby.
  • For office deliveries, if the office is closed or will not accept the delivery, the delivery will be programmed for the next working day. If the office is closed or will not take the delivery the second day, we will not reprogram delivery and the order will be considered complete.
  • On special occasions, deliveries can be made up until 9:00 pm for residential areas, and until 5:00 pm for offices.
