Rose bouquets delivered in Colombia

Roses are the flower that needs no explanation. They are the most ordered item in the shop, and these are the questions that come up most often when someone is sending them from abroad.

What makes a rose bouquet cost more?

Four things. The number of stems, which weighs the most. The stem length: long-stemmed roses are a different, more expensive flower, and it shows in the shape of the bouquet. The presentation: wrapped in paper costs less than mounted in a box or a vase, because the box and the floral foam are part of the product. And the season: around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the Colombian Amor y Amistad in September, flowers go up across the whole market. Each price is shown next to its photo above and does not change at checkout.

Bouquet, box or vase

A bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped, and has to go into water on arrival. A box holds the roses on damp foam and needs no vase, which is safer when the recipient is at work. A vase arrangement arrives with the container included. Same flowers — what changes is how they arrive and how much attention they need.

Ordering from abroad

You pay online from wherever you are and we deliver in Colombia. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Colombian time on weekdays go out the same day; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays the cut-off is 12 noon. We need the full address with the neighbourhood and a phone number for the recipient: the courier calls on arrival.
